Who we are

Archangel Gabriel Orthodox Church is an Orthodox Mission in Weatherford, Texas. It is a part of the Diocese of the South, Orthodox Church in America.

Our mission is to be faithful in fulfilling the commandment of Christ to “Go into all the world and make disciples of all Nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all [things that He has] commanded” so that all people may be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, and to serve the physical and spiritual needs of the community.
